Ugh. This summer has been... really hard. Some ups but mostly downs. I just can't wait for it to be over. I'm hoping that opening my shop back up will help me feel better and make me more productive. I'm aiming for this weekend, but Wednesday is the most realistic day to open it. I just need to stay focused. And hopefully life won't throw anymore negative surprises at me. :/

I'm trying to be productive to get my mind off of the boyfriend being away for basically 4 years. He told me to open my doll shop back up while he's away in the navy. I thought that it would be easy to keep myself busy... but it's hard to WANT to do anything when you miss someone. I just have to go through this withdrawal period I guess. Since I'm going cold turkey.

I decided that the reason I don't like sewing for my shop anymore, is because I keep sewing the same stuff. So I went and bought a whole bunch of new fabric.
